  • The short answer: a COO manages a company's daily operations, focusing on execution and actionable plans, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and smooth internal functioning across departments like HR, IT, production, and sales. The longer answer: it depends on the company’s sector and life stage.

    My focus is the early stages of investment or investment-adjacent businesses.

  • Fractional/part-time COO services covering HR, IT, Marketing/Communications, Compliance and other Special Projects

  • The variety of my background and my versatility make me different.

    And although I am part-time, I have an 'always-on' mindset.

  • A Chief of Staff is a ‘right hand’ to a CEO or leadership team, driving key priorities and projects by bridging between teams and facilitating decision-making. The role is common in government, large organisations and text, and the nature and scope of the role depends on the context.

    My focus is bringing executive experience to be able to deliver operational priorities and projects quickly.

  • The retainer model is a flat fee on a monthly basis based on a defined scope of responsibilities and estimated work. A project will be a flat fee based on scope and deliverables. Assuming there is a reasonable budget to hand, I will work with you to structure a solution for your situation.

  • My goal is to get results as quickly and seamlessly as possible. I endeavour to be thoughtful and consultative while being quick and concise.
